the staff provided quick and friendly service at breakfast. a chef made delicious meals, and the front desk was helpful and cute. housekeeping kept my room super clean each day, they were hard working and friendly. i loved the energetic, good vibes from the entire staff.

the hotel's promotional material suggests the spa is included, but it costs extra per person. children under 18 are not welcome there. i felt this marketing was misleading.

the location has walking distances to many historic heritages ,so exploring different tourist spots is easily accessible. there is a decent amount of police presence in the area ,because it is near the government house.

The staff are always very nice and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and modern. The location is very good for seeing main attractions. Breakfast had a big variety, with great-tasting croissants for breakfast.

I found some black marks on the walls near the window.

The staff were genuinely amazing and always ready to help. Nothing reminded me of too much trouble. i loved how super clean the rooms were. breakfast was also a treat. I especially enjoyed the omelettes, and the coffee was excellent, really excellent. and a taxi pick-up right across the road made getting around so easy!

the street noise was a bit much at times, because the building is old and you can hear guests going up and down the stairs with their luggage.

the hotel's proximity to the trevi fountain and other main attractions was a definite advantage. i found the breakfast decent with good variety. the room featured a modern smart system for controlling lights and temperature. i also appreciated the smoke-free environment in the room.

i noticed a lack of drawers in the room. it would have been more practical to have a designated storage space for clothing. the ceiling lighting color change function seemed unnecessary without sufficient drawer space.
